Request a New Feature

To request a feature, please have your agency's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) submit a ticket to the E-Government Service Desk at https://servicedesk.oregon.gov.

Once the request has been made, reviewed, and considered plausible, it will be added to this article with reference to the support ticket number, and the support ticket will be closed. Some requests may be equivalent to a prior request made by another SPOC. In this case, the ticket number will be added to the equivalent request.

About Feature Selection

Requested features may or may not be incorporated into the template. If a requested feature is added to the template's roadmap, it will appear in the SharePoint Starter Template v4x Roadmap article (coming soon) as a part of a future scheduled release version. Due to the nature of development, some features will move amongst release versions. Please refer to the roadmap article for the latest information.

Some requested features might not be supportable or a good decision for the E-Government Program or visitors due to usability or accessibility considerations. Some requested features may be built for an individual agency as part of a partnership with NIC Oregon or other means. Some features may stay on this list until an adequate amount of interest forms.
