Migration Schedule Update
Below groups schedule has been changed based on the new approach that Tyler team has determined to be best to take going forward.
A few key highlights include:
- The UAT timeline has been updated. Agency SPOCs and Web Editors now have 4 days to finish the UAT process on their website's Staging SE environment.

Content Freeze time is changed - it is now 4 days where we request your web editors to freeze any content updates on your live site. Content Freeze will start the Monday before your site's scheduled migration which falls on a Thursday.
- In case an agency urgently need to make updates to live site during the freeze window, we recommend tracking those changes and manually add them after the migration is complete.
Please check the schedule below as the dates have changed.
Please note that the only thing needed from your team during the actual migration dates, is approximately 4 hours of User Acceptance Testing to be done by one of your web developers before signing a letter of acceptance. Please only write into our help desk here to reschedule yours sites migration date if you or someone on your team is unable to commit to this testing time between your groups Agency UAT Start date and the Final Acceptable go-live date listed below.
Below is the suggested grouping by Tyler Oregon along with the dates for the website migration.
Please note:
- Training Start Date ( approx.) will be no earlier than a month before the Migration Start Date.
- Content from the production site will be migrated to staging over the weekend after the Migration Start Date.
- The new staging SE site will be ready for QA by Tyler on the following Monday, i.e. Tyler QA Start Date.
- QA by the Tyler team will take approximately a week.
- As an individual website passes QA, Tyler will inform that agency so that they can begin UAT as soon as they are able to.

As soon as an agency finishes their UAT and signs the letter of acceptance, we can schedule their go-live date.
- Sites with UAT finished and a supplied Letter of Acceptance will be deployed the next available Final acceptable go-live date.
- A short freeze will be placed on all sites prior to scheduled go-live. This information will be conveyed to each team directly.

Final acceptable go-live is the date the agencies in that group have to go-live by. If any agencies cannot finish UAT by the Friday prior, they will have to go-live with the next grouping.
